Prep2Drive Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prep2Drive virtual reality driving simulator ("Prep2Drive" or the "App") developed and operated by Winfinity LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Prep2Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these Terms before you use the App.

1. About Prep2Drive

Prep2Drive is a VR driving simulator designed to help learners develop confident, road-ready driving skills through immersive and repeatable virtual practice. The App is available on the Meta Quest platform and requires compatible Meta Quest hardware (Quest 3 or Quest 3S).

Important: Prep2Drive is a training supplement, not a substitute for professional driving instruction or official driver's education programs. Completing scenarios in Prep2Drive does not qualify you for a driver's license or certify driving competency under any jurisdiction's laws.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Winfinity LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Prep2Drive for personal training and skill-building purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Organizational & Institutional Use

Prep2Drive is designed to scale for training organizations. If you are using Prep2Drive on behalf of a driving school, fleet operator, or other organization, you must have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Organizational use may be subject to a separate license agreement with Winfinity LLC.

4. Meta Quest Platform

Prep2Drive is distributed through the Meta Quest Store. Your use of the Meta Quest platform, headset, and related services is governed by Meta's own Terms of Service and policies, which are separate from and independent of these Terms. We are not responsible for Meta's platform, hardware, or services.

5. VR Health & Safety

Virtual reality experiences can cause discomfort, disorientation, or motion sickness in some users. Prep2Drive is rated Intense for comfort. By using Prep2Drive, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for ensuring you are in a safe physical environment before using the App
You should take regular breaks during extended VR sessions
You should stop using the App immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or nausea
Winfinity LLC is not liable for any physical injury or discomfort arising from VR use
The App requires an internet connection to function

6. No Guarantee of Real-World Driving Competency

Prep2Drive is designed to build foundational driving skills and confidence. However, we make no guarantee that use of the App will result in passing a driving test, obtaining a license, or safe real-world driving performance. Always practice real-world driving under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

7. User Data & Performance Tracking

Prep2Drive may record and store your in-app performance data, including session history, skill metrics, and scenario completion data, to power the progress tracking and feedback features. This data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prep2Drive — including but not limited to the software, virtual driving environments, scenario designs, feedback algorithms, graphics, and audio — are owned by Winfinity LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

Prep2Drive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winfinity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Prep2Drive, including any real-world driving incidents or outcomes. VR training is a supplement to — not a replacement for — qualified driving instruction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of Prep2Drive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
