Winfinity LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Prep2Drive virtual reality driving simulator ("Prep2Drive" or the "App") available on the Meta Quest platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Prep2Drive.
By downloading or using Prep2Drive, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Driving Session & Skill Data
When you use Prep2Drive, we may collect data related to your in-app activity, including:
- Driving session duration and frequency
- Skill performance metrics (steering accuracy, speed management, lane keeping, hazard response)
- Scenario completion history and repeat counts
- Progress tracking data across sessions
- In-app settings and preferences
Device & Sensor Data
Because Prep2Drive is a VR application running on Meta Quest hardware, the following sensor and device data may be accessed:
- Hand tracking data — used to detect steering and control inputs during driving scenarios
- Spatial data — used to render the virtual driving environment and position the user within it
- Headset motion data — used to track head movement and mirror real-world driver head-checking behavior
This data is processed locally on your device to power the simulation. We do not transmit raw sensor data to our servers unless explicitly required for a feature you opt into.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and improve the Prep2Drive driving simulation experience
- Track your driving skill progress and provide performance feedback within the App

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Prep2Drive is designed to help learners of all ages prepare for driving. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Data Retention
We retain session and performance data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Prep2Drive is distributed through the Meta Quest Store. Your use of the Meta Quest platform is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies, which are independent of this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or on our website. Continued use of Prep2Drive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
